As of August 1, 2022, Volker Schiffer will be leading Fecken-Kirfel as single managing director. The shareholders are relying on a strong team in sales and technology under his trusted leadership.

The sales department, led by Francis Pinckers (vice-president sales), will be strengthened in the future by Thomas Weber. Michael Tillmann (vice-president technique) will be supported by Robert Büllesfeld in the technical department. Both Thomas Weber and Robert Büllesfeld will provide capable support to Francis Pinckers and Michael Tillmann in their respective department.

As you know, Fecken-Kirfel is well known for reliability, innovation and future viability. To ensure the company’s continued success, Volker Schiffer and his team will be working hard on Fecken-Kirfel’s future. Based on its outstanding cutting technology and with its strong team, Fecken-Kirfel will expand its leading position in the market.

The reorganization of the management will take place after Norbert Leyens goes into his well deserved retirement after more than 40 years with the company. For more than 16 years, he guided the company in cooperation with Volker Schiffer. We would like to thank Mr. Leyens for his dedication and his great contributions to the company.
