As planned, Volker Schiffer will step down permanently from the management team at Fecken-Kirfel on October 1, 2026, and retire.

Volker Schiffer:

“I am pleased that, after 40 years—including more than 20 years as CEO—I know Fecken-Kirfel is in good hands with Jochen Klein and Paul Grzeschik, and that I can therefore retire with a clear conscience. 

Many changes have already been implemented over the past year, and I am convinced that Fecken-Kirfel will continue to be a reliable partner for our customers, business partners, and, of course, our employees under our new leadership team.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks for the collaborative partnership, for the trust you have placed in Fecken-Kirfel over the many decades, and to our shareholders, who have given me the opportunity to lead this great company for so many years.
