Benefit from maximum ease of use to significantly speed up and simplify your cutting processes in the long term. Our innovative operating software is consistently aligned with the current ergonomic guidelines of the VDMA (German Engineering Federation) and places the user at the heart of every development. Through intuitive user guidance, clear visualisations and customisable functions, we reduce training times and minimise sources of error in day-to-day work.

Furthermore, we go one decisive step further: in research projects we have initiated ourselves, we are already analysing and simulating how machines might be operated over the next 10 to 15 years. Based on these findings, we develop forward-looking operating concepts that not only meet current requirements but also anticipate future technological developments. In this way, we create solutions that offer long-term investment security whilst continuously increasing the efficiency of your processes.

With this holistic approach, we actively drive existing standards forward and shape the future of machine operation – for greater productivity, greater convenience and the sustainable competitiveness of your company.

    User-friendly interface

The icon-based, graphical user interface enables intuitive operation of the machines. A single operator can easily control several control terminals simultaneously, for example on cutting systems. The software solutions for the various cutting machines are based on similar operating principles, use the same design features and thus facilitate familiarisation and understanding through their recognisability and consistent look and feel.

    Operations Assistant

Our digital assistant automatically guides the operator through the job creation process, from entering the block dimensions, the contours and sizes to be cut, and all other key parameters, right through to the start of the cutting process.

    Service features

Operators see helpful service messages displayed directly on the screen. In addition to maintenance notifications, you receive service guidance and information on process sequences, or can immediately access detailed measurement data, such as that from an oscilloscope. With just a single touch, you can launch our teleservice directly from the user interface and be guided through the maintenance process by telephone or online.

    Safety

Safety is a key consideration when operating cutting machines. It goes without saying that our engineers do everything in their power to ensure our machines are as safe as possible, whilst also making them easy to use. All our machines naturally comply with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Fecken-Kirfel also plays an active role in the further development of existing safety standards, such as the EN 14886 standard for foam cutting machines.
