Horizontal Splitting
Cut and stack PU foam layers
The W 22 automatic splitting and stacking machine can cut PU foams into layers horizontally. Via an optional upgrade with one of our wind-up machines, you can also produce roll goods. The W 22 can be integrated perfectly into system operations.
Precise stacking thanks to adhesive conveyor
An adhesive conveyor belt and vacuum ensure that materials are precisely split and stacked in forward and reverse motion. The conveyor belt can be extended by 2000 mm [78.74 in] multiples. An ideal bondstrip tension by reason of a tension force of approx. 100 kN guarantees small tolerances.
Produce roll goods with ease using optional wind-up machines
In combination with the A 2 wind-up machine or the A 4 gluing and wind-up machine, the W 22 allows you to produce roll goods with ease. When combined with the A 2, you can split long blocks of up to 60 m [197 ft] into layers and immediately roll them. After the cut, the split layer is removed by a conveyor belt and can be glued to the previously split layer prior to be wound-up by the A 4 for the modulation of long foils.
