Cut and stack PU foam layers

The W 21 automatic splitting and stacking machine can cut PU foams horizontally into thick or thin layers.

Precise stacking thanks to corundum-coated sliding table

A sliding table with automatic feed, an adhesive corundum coating, and a vacuum (option) all ensure that materials are fully automatically and precisely split and stacked in forward and reverse motion. During the reverse movement of the sliding table, the bandknife slides into the kerf. For layers of more than 5 mm [0.2 in] thickness, multiple blocks can be placed in a row and cut. The sliding table can be extended by a multiple of 1000 mm [40 in].

Precise cutting thanks to a Teflon-coated bandknife guidance

Teflon-coated bandknife guidance ensures a consistently high accuracy when cutting foams - even for thin layers up to 1.5 mm [0.06 in] thick. The bandknife guidance also features a motorized swiveling mechanism (-5° to +5°) to achieve optimal material splitting and stacking. A grinding device, offered as standard, keeps the bandknife sharp ? even during the cutting process.
