V 51

Split and trim foams

The fully automatic vertical cutting machine V 51 cuts materials such as PU foam (polyether and polyester), bonded foam, viscose materials, and similar materials with precision. The cutting machine can split contour cuts, cut slabs, trim blocks or produce rectangular cuts.

Feed in and cut materials fully automatically

The material is automatically fed on an anodized aluminum stationary table via a side fence with an infeed accuracy of 0,1 mm [0.004 in] and a minimum layer thickness of 5 mm [0.2 in]. Materials can be processed in single or double cuts. Compared to the manual vertical cutting machine, the fully automatic V 51 offers space savings of 50%.

Version with bandsaw

V 53

The V 53 features a cutting unit that moves automatically and is fitted with a bandsaw. Precision bandsaw guidance ensures minimal cutting tolerances.
