V 116

Trimming foam precisely

The trimming aggregation V 116 trims long blocks out of PU flexible foam (polyether and polyester) and similar materials precisely. Furthermore, the V 116 facilitates the slitting of long blocks in a cutting line.  
The laterally moveable trimming aggregation slides on guide rails and the cutting position can be manually adjusted with a handwheel. The feed motion is carried out by a transporting device, where the long block to be trimmed is located. Several trimming aggregations can be combined to one trimming group.
       

Precise cutting thanks to a precision-knife-guidance and bandknife grinding device

A bandknife grinding device with frictionally driven cup grinding wheels always ensures exact cutting results. The precision-knife-guidance with double rolls ensures that the bandknife always stays in the perfect position, even when cutting foams with high densities. In addition, the upper knife guidance can be adjusted manually.

Ideal addition: vertical wind-up device R 91 and R 92

The manual vertical wind-up device R 91 and the automatic vertical wind-up device R 92 are the perfect addition to the trimming group V 116. They wind up the lateral trimming layers.
In case of the manual version, the wind-up speed is determined by the operator, who rotates the rotary plate himself manually. In case of the automatic version, the wind-up speed is synchronized with the transport and trimming speed.
