With the T 8, T 8/5 and T 8 S fully automatic cutting machines, we deliver three comprehensive solutions for cutting, splitting, and trimming foam blocks. The models differ in their design and the cutting tool they use. T series machines are used in the mattress, furniture, and automotive industries.
Operate multiple cutting installations thanks to advanced control technology
T 8 machines can also optionally be equipped with a semi-automatic
scrap removal (ASR) system - a semi-automatic system for removing the trimmed
layer on the opposite side to operation. T series machines are used in
both simple and complex cutting lines - often direct behind a short or
long block storage.
Minimize empty running and individually process materials
The T 8 features a circulating bandknife that is ground smoothly on both sides, meaning cuts can be carried out both in the forward and reverse run of the cutting unit or conveyor belts. This minimizes unproductive empty running, making the machine an extremely effective, high-performance tool. This machine allows you to trim or divide short blocks with enormous flexibility.
The T 8/5 is the compact option
Due to the reduced cutting height of this machine, you can also process many different technical foams.
T 8 S - the bandsaw version
The saw allows you to process extremely hard materials.
