Trim PU foam blocks to size
The T 4 fully automatic traveling cut-off machine cuts flexible PU foam directly behind a foaming line at a distance of approx. 30 m [98.5 ft] from the mixing head.
Cut short blocks transversely with the oscillating knife
During the cutting process, the T 4's cutting unit is synchronized with the speed of the foam block. This means that this model can be used behind a continuous foaming line. Once the desired block length is reached, oscillating knives move transversely to the foaming direction and trim the foam block to the desired length.
Easily preselect material-block cutting lengths
The desired cutting length between 0.7 and 99.9 m [2.3-328 ft] can be preselected via the machine control system in 1 cm [0.4 in] increments. The machine's running gear is fixed to the cutting unit, meaning it is synchronized with the foaming line at a speed of 2-12 m/min [6.6-39.6 ft/min].
