Horizontal foam splitting

The H 51 horizontal splitting machine splits PU foams (polyether and polyester), Even those with high densities, as well as filled foams (CMHR), rebonded foam, and other technical foams.

Fully automatic layer cutting thanks to automatic table feed system

The automatic table feed system transports the material to the circulating bandknife. After the cutting process and during the reverse movement of the table, the bandknife re-enters the kerf, allowing the next operation to begin. The cut-off layers remain on the block and are stacked on top. This allows the machine to work fully automatically - without staff input.

Process foam blocks with precision thanks to reinforced construction

The machine's reinforced welded construction guarantees extremely precise cuts. The H 51 has a working width of 2200 mm [86.61 in] and can process material blocks with a height of 1300 mm [51.18 in] and 1500 mm [59.06 in]. Teflon-coated bandknife guidance, programmable bandknife adjustment, and an integrated bandknife grinding device ensure a consistently high cutting accuracy.

H 52 version: automatic loading and unloading

The cutting unit of the H 52 model is identical to the H 51, additionally equipped with a conveyor belt. This allows the machine to be automatically loaded and unloaded with foam blocks.
