Fully automatic and packed with extras: The H 32 LF Loop is a bandknife splitting machine that is particularly suited to the processing of long blocks into roll goods. This system integrates the cutting unit from the H 32 model into a Loop frame and splits materials such as PU foam extremely efficiently and economically. The H 32 LF Loop ensures an incredibly precise cut throughout the entire lifespan of the bandknife. It is built to be robust and is used in areas including the automotive sector, mattress production, and the shoe industry. There is a wide range of additional options and the Loop can be individually adapted.

Efficient and anti-static winding with the Loop

How does the Loop work? The long block is transported into the loop, glued, and then split and that followed the cut sheet is wind-up. Blocks of 40-60 m [131-197 ft] or even up to 120 m [394 ft] in length can be turned into roll goods quickly and efficiently with the Loop. The bandknife is continuously resharpened during operation, with automatic bandknife adjustment ensuring consistent cutting quality. The anti-static system discharges the electrostatic charge created in the split layers and ensures perfect winding.

A range of winding-up device variants for easy handling

The H 32 LF offers two different winding-up device positions for the Loop: Either behind the cutting unit or at ground level at a 90° angle to the machine. In both cases, the separate motor for the winding-up device is synchronized with the main conveyor belt. The winding-up device's speed can be set independently, cut-off is carried out automatically when the desired layer length is reached. The axis onto which the material is wound can be tightened at the press of a button.
