Consistent horizontal foam cutting

The  H 31 bandknife splitting machine cuts blocks and slabs into layers economically. This robust cast-iron machine cuts extraordinarily consistently with very low tolerances throughout its whole lifespan. It sets itself apart through its consistently high cutting quality and is suitable for cutting a wide range of bonded and semi-rigid heavy PU foams, and similar materials.

Secure and automatically cut materials

Slabs and blocks are reliably secured on a special, corundum-coated sliding table such that they cannot move. The  H 31 then automatically splits the material precisely into layers, which the operator then manually removes.

Precise cutting in various designs

The  H 31 splitting machine is available in various cutting heights, working widths, and working lengths according to your requirements and applications. The specially formed bandknife beam and automatic bandknife adjustment ensure the highest level of precision: a control circuit automatically regulates the bandknife position as the bandknife wears, thereby ensuring a consistent cutting quality.
