Automatically split very soft material

The H 24 T automatically splits slabs made of very soft and/or sticky materials into very thin layers (0.3-1 mm [0.01-0.04 in]). This bandknife splitting machine allows you to process cellular rubber (neoprene), fine cellular PU foams and similar materials. Like other models from the H 24 series, the H 24 T is built to be strong and cuts extraordinarily consistently with very low tolerances throughout its whole lifetime.

Cut even extremely thin layers with precision

The H 24 T features a special adhesion process for transporting materials onto the conveyor belt. It is suitable for splitting very thin layers with an extremely high splitting accuracy. The machine is simple to operate and allows you to keep staff input and manual labor to a minimum, even when processing these very soft materials.

Automatically adjusting bandknife - high performance

The bandknife, which operates at a speed of up to 15 m/s [4.92 ft/s], is adjusted during production, thereby staying in the ideal position even when worn. The specially formed bandknife beam ensures the highest level of precision when processing your materials. An efficient grinding device ensures that the bandknife is extremely sharp during the cutting process.
