Horizontal Splitting
Split extremely hard materials with precision
Whether you're working with hard cellular rubber, hard polyethylene, or hard EVA, the H 24 G is your go-to machine for splitting blocks and slabs made of extremely hard materials. It is the strongest version from the H range. The feed roller of the H 24 G is stabilized using additional back-up rollers. These back-up rollers help to ensure that the pressure/feed roller feeds consistently, even for harder materials. The results produced by this bandknife splitting machine are exceptional due to the minimal tolerances and consistent cutting quality produced.
Simple and intuitive IPC control system
The H 24 G's Windows-based modular IPC control system can be used quickly, intuitively, and with little effort. It is easy to enter different layer thicknesses, the number of cuts, and cutting speeds. Blocks are split automatically; the only manual work required is the removal of the layers.
Robust, reinforced construction for a longer service life
The H 24 G feed roller; its table construction, grinding device and drives are also reinforced, and its vacuum power increased. This makes this model particularly solid, long-lasting, and suitable for cutting harder materials. All models in the H series are made from cast iron, their specially formed bandknife beams are particularly strong, and their bandknife is automatically adjusted. The H 24 G splitting machine is available in various working widths, working lengths, and cutting heights according to your requirements and applications.
