Automatic horizontal splitting of bonded foam or semi-rigid PU foams

A "sister version" of the H 31, the H 24 E bandknife splitting machine cuts blocks and slabs into layers economically and fully automatically. The machine is constructed from cast iron, making it extremely solid and long-lasting. It produces consistent results with very low tolerances and always delivers a high cutting quality when processing bonded foam, polyester, semi-rigid PU foams and similar materials.

Secure materials for minimal tolerances

A corundum-coated aluminum table reliably secures the material to be split. The material can be split very precisely into layers with tolerances (up to 10 mm [0.4 in]) of +/- 0.1 mm [0.004 in]. The following applies for models in the H series: The bandknife is automatically adjusted with the aid of a light barrier. This means that a consistent cutting quality is achieved over the entire lifetime of the bandknife.

The specially formed bandknife beam ensures the highest level of precision when processing your materials.
