The H 24 A bandknife splitting machine is a powerful, economical solution for cutting blocks and slabs made of a wide range of materials into layers. A vacuum sliding table and integrated pressure roller reliably secure the material to be split. This allows you to consistently split many types of natural rubber and rubber, and a wide range of rebond and flexible foams, into layers with tolerances (up to 10 mm [0.4 in]) of +/- 0.1 mm [0.004 in] - up to a remaining layer of 2 mm [0.08 in] with a tolerance of +/- 0.3 mm [0.01 in].

Simple to operate and requiring minimal manual labor, the H 24 A requires very little staff input and can easily be operated by a single employee. Blocks are split automatically; the only manual work required is the removal of the layers.

The H 24 A's cast-iron construction and specially formed bandknife beam are extremely sturdy and the drives particularly powerful. The following applies for models in the H series: The bandknife is automatically adjusted. The position between the material, bandknife tip, and bandknife guidance remains constant. This means that a consistent cutting quality is achieved over the entire lifetime of the bandknife.
