Bandknife splitting machines type G are used to efficiently and economically cut slabs and rolls made of rubber and solid plastic materials into thin sheets or foils.
Features:
-the material is fed towards a continuous bandknife by two supported feed rollers, -height adjustment of the upper and lower feed roller by handwheel (optional motorized), -in the cutting area the bandknife is supported by hardened, polished and adjustable bondstrips, -automatic bandknife adjustment guarantees reliable cutting results, -the bandknife is driven by both bandknife pulleys.
