A powerful solution for profiling large slab thicknesses up to 300 mm[11.81 in]: The D 21/D 31 profile cutting machine ensures a consistent profile height maintained over the entire slab width. Its cast-iron construction and specially formed bandknife beams make the machine particularly robust. The D 21/D 31 is well suited to processing a wide range of materials, from PU foams to reconstituted bonded rubber. The material is compressed while it is cut.

Achieve consistent cutting quality by automatic adjustment of the bandknife

The D 21/D 31's profile rollers are extremely robust and have a particularly large diameter. They withstand high pressure and do not buckle, which ensures a consistent cutting quality and a cleaner cut. The bandknife is automatically adjusted. The ratio between the material, feed rollers, bandknife tip, and bandknife guidance remains constant. This means that a consistent cutting quality is achieved over the entire lifespan of the bandknife.

Can be integrated into cutting lines

The D 21/D 31 profile cutting machine sets itself apart through its ease of use. In combination with a transport conveyor, the series can be integrated into a fully automatic cutting line.
