Simplify loading and unloading with conveyor belts

The C 69 contour cutting center combines maximum speed with outstanding accuracy. It cuts contours with precision, trims them to size using the vertical cut function, and cuts slabs horizontally and vertically. It does all this for a range of materials, such as PU, PE, bonded and flexible foams with high densities. The C 69 features conveyor belts and is ideal for simple integration into existing cutting lines. The Windows-based software package ensures ease of use.

Keep knife clamping constant for higher productivity

Like the C 68, the C 69 also features an oscillating knife that is clamped horizontally, which takes little time and effort. The knife clamping is kept at a constant pneumatic tension during the cutting process. With this model from the C 6x series, you can cut almost any desired contour. An automatic turnable material supporting table widens the range of contour options. You can use cutting programs from other FK contour cutting centers in the C 69 and create new programs on a separate CAD PC.

Cut small radii with precision using oscillation

The oscillation technology is ideal for cutting technical materials, as well as contours with sharp edges or small radii with small tolerances. Two synchronized servo drives generate the oscillating motion of the knife. This means that no gear unit or connecting components are required. Our Windows-based FK nesting and routing software ensures the optimal use of materials and delivers perfect cutting lines.
