Contour cutting with conveyor belts for integration into cutting lines

The C 67 contour cutting center delivers everything the C 66 can: Whether it's cutting contours and trimming them to size with precision, cutting slabs horizontally and vertically, or finishing rectangular cuts. The machine optionally features driven roller conveyors for loading and unloading, as well as a material supporting table with built-in conveyor belts. When you integrate the C 67 into a cutting line, you combine maximum speed with outstanding accuracy, thus increasing productivity while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Save space with the movable cutting unit

The movable cutting unit and stationary table minimizes space requirements. You can process even harder materials in record time thanks to the circulating bandknife with fully automatic grinding device - including low-wear CBN grinding wheels - and the additional central bandknife guidance.

Minimize downtime with job queue

You can use existing CNC programs from other FK contour cutting centers and create new programs on a separate CAD PC. Our FK nesting and routing software (Windows-based) ensures the optimal use of materials and delivers perfect cutting lines. Our special FKOptimat software compresses contours/mattresses in such a way that more elements can be nested in the block. The C 67 features a job queue. This avoids downtime and also allows for unmanned (night) shifts.
