Cut contours with speed and precision

Economical, efficient, and perfectly fitting: Our C 66 horizontal contour cutting center. Cutting contours and trimming them to size using the vertical cut function; cutting slabs horizontally and vertically; finishing rectangular cuts: The C 66 can do all of this with a wide range of materials (e.g., PU, PE, bonded and flexible foams), with precision and without markings. The automatic adjustable central bandknife guidance keeps the bandknife as close to the material as possible, guaranteeing the lowest tolerances. The extremely rigid design of this and all other machines in the C 6x series reduces vibrations during the cutting process.

High-speed operation

The C 66 can cut almost all desired contours, and the optional turnable material supporting table widens the range of contour options even further. The movable cutting unit guarantees the best acceleration values and requires less space compared to a machine with a movable table. The circulating bandknife features a fully automatic grinding device with low-wear CBN grinding wheels, meaning even harder materials can be processed in record time. You can easily use cutting programs from other FK contour cutting centers in the C 66 and create new programs on a separate CAD PC.

Create or easily transfer cutting programs

Our FK nesting and routing software (Windows-based) ensures the optimal use of materials and delivers perfect cutting lines. In combination with a turnable material supporting table (optional), the cutting center can complete the loaded cutting program in just a few steps.
