Conveyor belts for easy integration into existing systems

The most comprehensive of the C 5x series of contour cutting centers, the C 57 can be fitted with conveyor systems for automatic loading and unloading. The machine can be seamlessly integrated into cutting lines using transport conveyors. Like the other models in the series, the C 57 is used in the production of automobile parts, upholstered furniture, and mattresses, as well as in the packaging and insulation industries. This model is also suitable for high-volume consumer goods applications and comes with many additional functions.

Precise material alignment thanks to movable stop

Perfect block alignment: to ensure that materials are precisely aligned, the optional loading roller conveyor features a fixed side stop and a pneumatic movable stop in the direction of transport. Naturally, the C 57 is also equipped with a modern Windows-based CNC control system.

Automatically process multiple orders using job queue

The C 57 is individually programmable. Its practical job queue function allows it to create and save new orders even while the current cutting program is running, thereby avoiding downtime.
