Contour cutting, even for harder foams

Thanks to its motorized grinding device and central bandknife guidance fitted as standard, the C 56 can cut firmer material qualities with precision. The contour cutting center is used in the production of upholstered furniture and mattresses as well as in the packaging and insulation industries. This model is also suitable for high-volume consumer goods applications and comes with many additional functions.

Consistently good cutting results thanks to low-wear grinding wheels

The C 56 is equipped with a grinding device with motorized, low-wear CBN grinding wheels. These can be automatically placed against/moved away from the bandknife, thereby guaranteeing consistent cutting results, regardless of how long the bandknife is in use. Naturally, the C 56 is equipped with a modern Windows-based CNC control system.

Optional: Turn-table enables higher cutting speeds

The C 56 is fitted with central bandknife guidance as standard. The optional turn-table increases the efficiency of the machine.
