Horizontal contour cutting center base model: Cut contours with precision

The C 55 is a highly reliable contour cutting machine for processing many foam types. Using its three cutting modes ? contour, vertical and horizontal ? it can automatically cut shaped parts. The contour cutting center also features a special mode for cutting slabs. The C 55 is used in the production of upholstered furniture and mattresses as well as in the packaging industry. This base model is also suitable for high-volume consumer goods applications.

Safe handling and simple operation thanks to the CNC control system

The motorized hold-down device holds materials securely in place and allows cutting at a maximum speed of up to 25 m/min [82 ft/min] (depending on materials). The circulating bandknife, which can be rotated by +/- 360°, even cuts sharp-edged corners. Equipped with a modern Windows-based CNC control system, the C 55 is easy and convenient to use.

Save space with the stationary supporting table

The stationary table and movable cutting unit allow space savings of up to around 50% compared to a machine with a movable table. The optional turn-table increases the efficiency of the machine. The C 55 can be fitted with central bandknife guidance if desired.
