Each of our engineers is familiar with another machine type, is an expert in his area. This means that we have to find out the reason for your call and provide our specialist with your task!
Do you wish to have a cost estimate for a visit of a technician? Do you have an error at your machine and is this error mechanical or electrical in nature? Is your machine a CNC contour cutting machine or an older compact cutting machine?
Once identified, we can quickly decide, who can best help you with your query. For our engineers it also has the advantage that they can optimally address to your enquiry with utmost concentration – as long as a solution could be found.
In addition, this allows us to give priority numbers to all service requests. Of course, machine breakdowns have the highest priority. They have priority over a machine error that for example only slightly influences the production or can be solved by a restart of the machine. Of course, we also address to such enquiries as quickly as possible.
To support you as quickly as possible, it is very important that you provide us with a detailed error description. A photo of the error message or of the damage is very helpful. Also important for us to know are the machine type and number.

If you call us and provide us with the service number we can directly see, who is the responsible engineer for your current enquiry, and we can also leave him a message, if he is not available.
