Fecken-Kirfel GmbH & Co. KG is the worldwide leading company of cutting machines for processing PU flexible foam, PE foam and rigid foam as well as rubber, neoprene, expanded rubber and cork. Our machines and installations are used in many different industrial sectors worldwide, for example automotive supply, packaging, construction, the upholstery and mattress industries as well as in the sectors of technical and medical applications.. All our machines are particularly known for their excellent cutting accuracy and their most efficient operating and handling processes.

Due to our international operations, we are concerned with corresponding rules governing foreign trade, taxation and customs laws. We comply with these rules and take every measure to implement these laws.

Compensation, including wages, overtime and benefits must be equal to or exceed levels stipulated by applicable laws and regulations or union rates, which are already in force. Wages shall be paid in a practical way, and pay slips must be provided in a suitable manner.
The working hours shall be in accordance with the valid law and collective agreement.
With respect to all employment decisions, including but not limited to hiring and promotion, compensation, benefits, training, redundancies and terminations, all employees will be treated strictly in accordance with their abilities and qualifications
