A 7

The stacking device A 7 serves to automatically stack layers made of flexible PU foam and is used behind horizontal splitting machines, profile cutting machines or any kind of conveyor systems.
The roller conveyor opens in the middle and both parts of the conveyor move to the outside. The opening gap enables the layer to be lowered onto the conveyor or onto the pallet(s) hereon of the lifting device below. Afterwards, the complete lifting device lowers according to the adjusted layer thickness. This cycle is repeated until the max. stacking height is achieved. At the push of a button the stack is discharged from the conveyor of the lifting device.

D 21

Our profile cutting machine D 21 is used for the efficient and economical profiling of slabs made from flexible PU foam. Foam slabs of different initial thickness are deformed by the profile rollers in front of the knife and are then cut in deformed state.
Advantages: -solid machine construction=even suitable for materials with high density/ hardness, -increased flexibility by exchange of either single profiles/complete profile rollers, -reliable profile thickness even when processing large working widths, -long blade life.

D 31

Our convoluter D 31 has particulary been designed to profile highly-condensed and hard materials up to a thickness of about 300 mm (11.81”). Two profile rollers with exchangeable profile rings convey the material to be profiled to the continuous bandknife. The material is condensed with cutting so that the intended profile appears after ist re-expansion, e.g. geometric square profile.

D 4

The Profile Cutting Device D 4 is to be used with the Bandknife Peeling Machine R 11/88 to cut profiles out of different slab materials.
This machine is used to produce many different standard profiles, e.g. hump and zigzag as well as special profiles by using different profile rings.
The respective initial material is deformed by profile elements in front of the knife and is being cut in this deformed state. The achieved profile can be seen as soon as the two cut foam slabs have expanded.

D 5

The machine operates according to the compression system using templates made out of melamine coated press-board which are screwed onto the travelling table.
The exactly sized foam blank is put onto the template and fixed by an adjustable fence. Simultaneously with the forward movement of the table the foam blank is being pressed into the template's cavity by a pressure roller and an oblique conveyor belt. The pressed foam is cut directly above the template during the automatic forward movement of the table. Depending on the working out of the template, the decompressed positive or negative of the respective part is being produced.

Our bandknife splitting machines type G are used to efficiently and economically cut slabs and rolls made of rubber and solid plastic materials into thin sheets or foils.

The G 11 machine is similar to the G 1 model. Special bearings guarantee the precise rotation of the hardened and polished feed rollers. The Bandknife Splitting Machine G 11 consists of a wind-off machine R 10, a splitting machine G 11 and two wind-up machines R 39. The machine is used to split thin rolls of the above-mentioned materials.
Advantages: -extremely high cutting accuracy, -possibility to cut extremely thin layer thicknesses down to 0,5 mm [0.020"] with a tolerance of +/- 0,05 mm [0.002"].

This special bandsaw allows for the sawing of rigid PVC foam blocks into various layer thicknesses. The rigid foam block is put onto a vacuum table which is sliding silently on hardened and ground steel bands. The drive is realized via rack and an adjustable table drive.
Depending on the length of the vacuum table the respective number of blocks can be loaded onto the table. The sawn layer has to be taken off after each cut. In order to facilitate this procedure, it is possible to program a respective waiting time in the range of 0,5 and 10 seconds after the cut. After the cut the sawing unit is lifted automatically in order to allow for a reverse run of the table.

H 24 T

This machine is used to split blocks and slabs into very thin sheets. The material is placed on a vacuum table and sucked by the emerging vacuum. During the splitting procedure the beginning of the split layer is directly sucked to a special take-away conveyor just right on the knife and is transported to the operator in front. By that means the contact between the material and the knife guide and consequently shades and marks on the material surfaces are considerably reduced or avoided. The standard execution of the machine is designed for a maximum layer thickness of 50 mm. The minimum layer thickness can vary between 0,3 and 1,0 mm (0,01 – 0,04”) (depending on the material).

The Fully Automatic Splitting Machine H 32 is used to split blocks and slabs made of the above-mentioned materials economically into thin sheets.
The slabs are put onto the adhesive conveyor belt. During the advance movement the circulating bandknife splits the block into the requested layer thicknesses. The cut layers are either directly taken off after the splitting process or wound up as roll goods by means of the winding-up device A 1.The control of the cutting lengths is realized via light barriers. The move of the conveyor belt is automatically limited according to the length of the block.

This machine is used to split long blocks into thin sheets which are being wound up to a roll. This machine used within a loop one can either split endlessly glued blocks or limited long blocks in a circular manner. With the endlessly glued blocks the requested sheet length can be preprogrammed. After splitting, the split layers are being wound up by winding-up device A 1 into a roll.

The Horizontal Bandknife Splitting Machine H 42 A includes three machine variations:
-Version 1 as basic model with conveyor belt for the splitting of slabs in forward and reverse motion;
-Version 2 as model with additional return conveyor for the splitting of slabs in forward and reverse motion and for the splitting of long endless slabs in a circular manner;

R 17

The R 17 is suitable for boring a hole through the center of the PU foam cylinder. In a second step the peeling mandrel is automatically inserted into the PU foam cylinder.
The foam cylinder or rectangular block is inserted into the carriage, which can be moved by motor. During the movement of the carriage, a rotating knife bores a hole through the center of the material. During the return motion of the carriage, the peeling mandrel is automatically inserted into the hole.

R 21/88

The Bandknife Peeling Machines R 21/88 are used for the economical and efficient production of long thin foils made from PU flexible foam in a very limited space.
The peeled foil is wound up by the winding machine R 88. The pulling of the winding machine turns the material cylinder into a rotating movement. The required layer thickness is preselected by means of change gears or electronically (option) and turned into vertical movement by the lifting spindles. Thus, according to the preselected layer thickness the cylinder to be peeled is steadily moved to the rotating bandknife.

The Bandknife Peeling Machines R 22 E are used for the economical and efficient production of long thin foils made from the above-mentioned materials in a very limited space.
By means of a peeling mandrel and an infinitely adjustable feed roller the material cylinder is put into a rotating movement. The required layer thickness is adjusted via change gears or electronically (option) and turned into vertical movement by the lifting spindles. T 2

The Fully Automatic Travelling Cut-Off Machine T 2 with rotating bandknife is used to cut flexible PU foam blocks into length behind the foaming line. The machine is a self-contained unit and can, therefore, be installed behind any foaming line.
The machine consists of a conveyor equipment to take over the endless PU foam block and a cutting unit, which can be moved in foaming direction. The conveyor equipment - and during the cutting process even the cutting unit - are synchronized with the foaming line. As soon as the required block length is achieved, the cutting unit automatically moves downwards. The rotating, teflon-coated bandknife cuts the block to the required length.

T 4

The Fully Automatic Travelling Cut-Off Machine T 4 is used to cut flexible PU foam blocks into length behind the foaming line.
The machine being equipped with oscillating knives is a self-contained unit and can, therefore, be installed behind any foaming line. During the cutting procedure the cutting unit is in synchronous run with the foaming line. A separate impulse transmitter guarantees for synchronization and linear measuring. As soon as the required block length is achieved, the oscillating knives move in transverse position to the foaming direction and the required block length is cut.

T 8

The vertical cutting machines of the T 8x series are used when the task is to precisely and economically cut off, trim or divide short or long blocks.
This fully automatic cutting machine is equipped with a bandknife ground on both sides. For this reason it allows to effect cuts both in forward / reverse run of the cutting unit (cutting off) and in forward / reverse run of the conveyors (trimming, lengthwise division).
The especially strong point of the T 8 is its enormous variability when dividing short blocks.

T 8 S

The T 8 S is the bandsaw version of the T 8 machine. The use of the bandsaw crossed on one side allows to process extremely rigid materials.
The technical features correspond to those of the T 8 machine except for the fact that a bandsaw can only saw in forward motion of the cutting unit and the conveyors.

The T 8/5 is the more compact version of the T 8. The reduction of the cutting height even allows to process rigid materials. Otherwise its features correspond to those of the T 8 machine.

The side trimmer V 116 is used for the fully automatic trimming and longitudinal cuts of long blocks made of flexible PU foam and similar materials in complete cutting lines.
This machine consists of a laterally adjustable trimming unit running on rails. The advance movement is realized via handwheel, the cutting width can be read via counter or scale. The trimming unit can be combined with several further trimming units to compose trimming groups.

The side trimmer V 117 is used for the fully automatic trimming and longitudinal cuts of long blocks made of flexible PU foam and similar materials in complete cutting lines.
This machine consists of a laterally adjustable trimming unit running on rails. The advance movement is realized via handwheel, the sawing width can be read via counter or scale. The trimming unit can be combined with several further trimming units to compose trimming groups.

V 24

The manual combined vertical and angle cutting machine V 24 is equipped with a manually movable sliding table. Thus, the material to be cut has to be moved along the bandknife. The cross-welded bandknife construction allows for cutting in both forward and backward movement.
The material is placed against the right side fence and is moved via handwheel with ratchet according to the desired layer thickness. The adjustment is made in the range of 3-90 mm (0.12”-3.54”) with increments of 1 mm (0.039”). The tilting of the cutting unit also allows for angle cutting of 0°-30° to the left and of 0°-20° to the right.

This machine allows for the cutting and trimming of blocks and slabs made of the above-mentioned materials.
By means of a mobile side fence the requested layers of the materials are moved on the stationary table. The machine can be operated fully automatically and allows for both single or double cutting. After the cutting procedure the cut layers can be unloaded from the left table side.

The Fully Automatic Vertical Cutting Machine V 58 is used for cutting blocks and slabs into sponges and very small rectangular cuts.
By means of a mobile side fence the requested layers of the materials are moved on the stationary table. The machine can be operated fully automatically and allows for both single or double cutting. After the first cutting procedure the cut layers are lying on the turning plate of the left table side. In automatic operation the table now turns by 90° and the material is pushed onto the right table side by means of the left fence. Now the second cutting procedure starts by pressing a key.

The fully automatic horizontal bandsaw W 23 is used to saw the above-mentioned materials into sheets.
This machine is used to saw into thin sheets blocks and slabs made from the above-mentioned materials. The slabs are put onto a sliding table with a special adhesive corundum paint. During the automatic feed of the table the circulating bandsaw cuts the block into the requested layer thicknesses. A spring-supported pressure roller each in front of and behind the bandsaw presses the material and thus avoids a sliding of the material.
After each cutting process the sawed sheets have to be taken off the machine.
